Ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Beeswax, Castor Oil, Arnica Oil, Menthol, Carnauba Wax, Camphor, Organic Coffee, Guar Gum, Stearic Acid, Tocopherol, Essential Oils of Black Pepper, Ginger, Camphor, & Eucalyptus Globulus.
Directions: Massage balm into sore muscles and joints. Can also be used as a chest rub to alleviate congestion. Use as needed. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
